2Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe this is not the case.

3Nature of our products

By ordering, you confirm that you are a suitably qualified or informed buyer, that you will handle, store and dispose of the products safely and responsibly, and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your purchase and use complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

4Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, where products are unavailable, where there has been a pricing error, or where we are unable to verify the order.

5Pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and may change at any time. While we take care to ensure prices are accurate, errors can occur; if we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you before proceeding. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

6Payment

We accept payment by cryptocurrency and by Pay by Bank, processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Your order is dispatched once payment has been confirmed. Please note that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once sent — please check the amount and network carefully before paying. Full details are on our Payment Information page.

7Member accounts & spend tiers

Certain areas of the Revial Labs website are accessible only to registered members. By creating a member account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

Member accounts are subject to spend tier limits, which set the maximum cumulative order value permitted within a given period. Your current tier and its associated limit are displayed in your account area. Spend tiers exist to allow us to manage supply responsibly and to maintain the quality of service across our membership.

• Tier reviews — Spend limits are reviewed automatically every 6 months from the date your account was approved. At each review we may increase, maintain, or adjust your limit based on your order history and account standing.
• Requests for an increase — You may request a tier review at any time by contacting us at info@reviallabs.co.uk. Requests are considered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
• Tier adjustments — We reserve the right to adjust spend tiers at any time, including reducing a limit, where we have reasonable grounds to do so (for example, unusual order patterns, account inactivity, or changes in regulatory guidance).
• Non-transferable — Member accounts and any associated tier limits are personal to you and may not be shared or transferred.

We will notify you by email of any material change to your tier limit.

8Shipping & delivery

Delivery timeframes, costs and options are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address; we cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrectly entered address. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

9Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

10Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Revial Labs name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Revial Labs Ltd and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

11Acceptable use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage or impair the site or another user’s experience.

12Limitation of liability

Our products are supplied for research use only, and you assume full responsibility for their handling and use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products, or from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

13Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to your purchase.
