Orders are packed with care and dispatched quickly once payment is confirmed. Here’s exactly how and when your order reaches you.

Dispatch & processing

Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or at weekends and on UK bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

2pm cut-off

Order before 2pm on a working day for same-day dispatch.

After payment clears

Dispatch begins once your payment is confirmed — crypto after blockchain confirmation, Pay by Bank instantly.

Working days

Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

UK delivery

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver within 1–2 working days of dispatch. Every order is fully tracked.

We ship across Europe and worldwide. International delivery times are estimates and can vary with customs processing in the destination country.

Delays & problems

The vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated windows above. Occasionally, carrier delays, weather, or customs can add time — these are outside our control, but we’ll always help.

If your tracking hasn’t updated, your order is running well past its estimate, or your delivery address was entered incorrectly, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it straight away. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
