Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a working day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or over weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. You can use the tracking number to follow your parcel on the Royal Mail website.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as quickly as possible via WhatsApp or email and we’ll do our best to help. Once dispatched, we’re unable to cancel or redirect the order.

Yes — free UK delivery is available on all orders over £150. Orders under £150 are charged at £4.99. You can also choose free local collection from Swinton, Manchester (M27) at checkout. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Yes. We ship to Europe (£14.99) and worldwide (£19.99). International delivery times are estimates and may vary with customs processing. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

All orders are sent in plain, secure packaging with no indication of the contents or the Revial Labs name on the outside.

Due to the nature of our products we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
