These terms govern participation in the Revial Labs Affiliate Programme (the “Programme”), operated by Revial Labs Ltd (Company No. 17254123), registered at 1 Canada Square, London, E14 5AB (“Revial Labs”, “we”, “us”). By applying to or participating in the Programme, you (“the Affiliate”, “you”) agree to these terms in full.

1. The Programme

The Programme allows approved Affiliates to earn commission by referring customers to reviallabs.co.uk using a unique referral link or coupon code. All applications are reviewed and must be approved by Revial Labs before an Affiliate becomes active. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion.

2. Commission and tiers

Commission is paid as a percentage of the qualifying order value (excluding shipping and tax). The rate increases with your cumulative referred sales:

  • Under £500 in cumulative sales — 10%
  • £500 to £1,999 — 12.5%
  • £2,000 to £4,999 — 15%
  • £5,000 and above — 20%

Referral tracking uses a 60-day cookie: a sale qualifies if the customer purchases within 60 days of clicking your referral link, or uses your coupon code at checkout. Where a customer could be attributed to more than one Affiliate, the most recent referrer is credited.

3. Payments

Commission is confirmed once an order is completed and outside our returns window. Payments are made monthly by UK bank transfer, on the last day of each month, provided your confirmed balance is at least £25 at that time. Any confirmed balance below £25 rolls over to the following month. You must keep valid bank details in your affiliate dashboard so that we can pay you. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on commission earned.

4. Compliance — research use only (important)

All products sold by Revial Labs are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, and are not medicines, supplements, or cosmetics. As a condition of participation, you agree that in all promotion of Revial Labs you will not:

  • Make any human, veterinary, medical, therapeutic, or performance claim about any product;
  • Provide or imply dosing, administration, cycling, or usage instructions for humans or animals;
  • Present products as suitable for consumption, injection, weight loss, muscle growth, anti-ageing, or any bodily use;
  • Share before/after imagery, testimonials, or results claims implying human use;
  • Target, market to, or knowingly allow promotion to reach persons under 18;
  • Make misleading, false, or unsubstantiated claims of any kind.

You must present products only within a research-use-only context, consistent with how they are described on reviallabs.co.uk. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Revial Labs wherever you promote us (for example, “affiliate link” or “I earn a commission”), in line with UK advertising and consumer protection rules (ASA/CMA).

5. Promotion rules

  • No spam, unsolicited email, or misleading messaging of any kind.
  • No bidding on “Revial Labs” or misspellings as paid-search keywords, and no use of our brand in paid ad domains without written permission.
  • No self-referrals, or purchases through your own referral link/coupon for the purpose of earning commission.
  • No use of our trademarks, logos, or content beyond promoting us honestly, and never in a way that implies you are Revial Labs or an official representative.
  • No promotion on sites containing illegal, hateful, or adult content.

6. Withholding and reversal of commission

We may withhold, reverse, or cancel commission, and remove you from the Programme, where an order is refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent; where a referral is not genuine; or where you breach these terms. Commission on refunded orders is reversed.

7. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, and withhold unpaid commission, for any breach of these terms — in particular any breach of the research-use-only compliance conditions in section 4. On termination, your referral links and coupon codes will be deactivated.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance. Nothing in the Programme creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
